Today I would like to give you the introductions for the newest design team members. It is a little late but it took longer to get everything together than I planned. But after all good things are worth the wait..right?
So, please take a few minutes to learn a little about them and give them all a warm welcome!
I've been crafting since 2008 and I enjoy it so much, it's a great way to keep my mind occupied and helps me to relax as my Husband and I are full time carer's for my mum who has Alzheimers. I believe my cards and crafting has improved so much over the past year as I've taken part in more and more Blog challenges, I was asked to be a guest designer on Tuesday Morning Sketches December 2010 which I enjoyed so much and was flattered to be asked as I never felt my work was quite good enough, My freind keeps telling me to apply for some DT work..so here I am, here's a little bit about me, Im Karen and Im married to Mark and we live in the UK Im in my 40's but dont feel it ha-ha...
I am almost 33 years old girl from eastern Finland. I am a Mom of two
wonderful princesses (3 and 1.5 yrs) and I am engaged to their father. I work as a entrepreneur and I have my own Beauty Salon.I LOVE crafting and I Love to challenge myself for new things. My
favourite color is PINK as you can see
if you Pop over to my blog: http://sandensupinat.blogspot.com/. I am so glad to be part of this amazing DT group.
I have a real passion for crafting, I have probably tried everything there is, knitting, cross stitching, painting, scrap-booking. I regularly attend craft fairs selling my wares.I have just completed wall art painting in my children's bedrooms, some pics on blog if your interested.
But my real passion is card making.
I started a few years ago and realised that I can combine all my crafting pleasures and the addiction to fancy paper, flowers, ribbons inks and paints and most of all rubber and digi stamps took hold. (sound familiar ) lol. This is my blog http://sue-mycraftycorner.blogspot.com/
My name is Suzy - also known as Ike.Blog Link; http://suzy-ikesworld.blogspot.com/
I am retired at 55 (formerly a police officer for 30 years) and live in Greece with my Hubby, 8 cats and 7 chickens.
I am basically a Fine Art artist, but I love all sorts of crafting, cardmaking, scrapbooking, model making and anything artistic really.
I work every day in my own studio at the house. I am a member of the Kalymnos Art Society and participate in many events/exhibitions and have my own range of piggy banks, which have become extremely popular here and abroad. I am also involved with the Kalymnos Theatre Group and assist them with prop making and artwork for their productions.
I have never been on a design team before and am kinda a newbie in the blog world, but I love it! I am working on building my skills, my ‘team’, and my inspiration base. I try to inspire others they way they inspire me!!! It’s amazing to see such great stuff on all of the blogs!!!You can find me at…. http://ttscraps.blogspot.com/
I love to craft and have crafted most of my life. I started scrapbooking when my daughter was born 13 years ago. I scrapped off and on until I purchased a cricut last summer. WOW! That started me back up again and I’ve been going strong ever since. Still not caught up on my scrapping though…. J I really enjoy card making and projects. I am having lots of fun paper crafting and would love to challenge myself on a DT. I like that you post the challenges early so I can work on them early if I need to and I have no problem commenting on the entries….that’s a fun part!!
