Hello my name is Heather Ellis and I am an illustrator and live in the UK with my husband, who is a Math teacher, and with my two children, a boy who is in his twenties and a girl who has just became a teenager.

I LOVE creating so I do a bit of sewing when I get the time and making jewelry which I am very much into right now, but my given talent is drawing, painting and creating cute characters for the craft market and for My Favourite Things!

Meet the New DT Members

Wow! We really had a great turn out for the challenge last week. Thank you to everyone for your wonderful creations.

The winner of last weeks Have a Heat Challenge was #7 Natali with this beautiful card.

I will be sending Teri your name so you can collect your prize.

We have a fun and easy challenge for you this week and our sponsor is Veronica from Circle B Enterprises.

She is generously offering a $10 gift certificate to her store.

Before I tell you about the challenge I would like to introduce our two new design members.

First up is Shelli

and her blog is SmallTown Girl

Hi Shelli here. I love all things craft!!  I am a stay at home Mom who decided to take my crafts to the online world and sell them.  I currently have a facebook page (creations by shelli) where I sell my Hair Bow, Headband, and Baby Bibs.

I have always been one who liked to color and I love making my own handmade cards.  I only use colored pencils to color my digi's which at the moment seems to be an old school style with Copics being the rage these days.  My "old school" style will be different from most team members.  I am always learning new techniques. I love to use those right away so my cards usually have a little different look to them each time.

Here is the adorable card she created for the DT call.

Next up is Donna

Donna's blog is Creative Designs Handmade by Donna

Hi I am married with no children. I really enjoy crafting and have been doing it for over 7 years now. I love floral patterns and my favourite colour is blue, which you will see reflected in majority of my cards. I have my own online
wedding stationery business and is doing really well. I am outgoing, funny and always smiling. I enjoy the usual things in life, travelling, spending time with friends and family and going to the gym.

Here is the wonderful card Donna created for the DT call.

Please welcome our new team members by visiting their blogs.

Donna and Shelli were asked to design a card, any card, that showed their style.  In honor of our new DT members the challenge this week is Anything Goes.
